All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Abuse of bonus offers — including multi-accounting — will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
All transactions are processed in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to minimum and maximum limits. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

bitpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to real-money gaming and betting on the bitpkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
bitpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the bitpkr Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. bitpkr is entitled to rely on the information you provide and you are responsible for ensuring it remains up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. bitpkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify bitpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
bitpkr operates under an international gaming license and is obligated to implement robust KYC procedures to prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at any point during the lifecycle of an Account.
We may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
bitpkr will endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold but will be processed promptly upon successful verification.
All transactions on the bitpkr Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bitpkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the Deposits page within your bitpkr Wallet. bitpkr reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice, though we will endeavour to notify Players of material changes.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting bitpkr support are treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to factors outside bitpkr's control.
bitpkr offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
The Welcome Bonus, where offered, is available to new Players only, one per household and one per IP address. It cannot be combined with other welcome offers and is subject to the wagering requirements and validity period communicated at sign-up.
All casino games available on the bitpkr Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, and the Hi-Lo card game — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the game interface, as well as these general gaming conditions.
The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets offered on the bitpkr Platform, including PSL, international cricket, and all other sporting events.
A bet is considered accepted when bitpkr's systems confirm the wager and a unique bet reference number is issued. Verbal or unconfirmed bets are not accepted. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bet details — selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager.
All odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. bitpkr reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds — including but not limited to odds that are significantly inconsistent with the true market due to a pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Where a match has progressed sufficiently for a result to be determined under the sport's governing rules, bitpkr may settle markets based on that result at its discretion.
In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. bitpkr may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a brief suspension due to a technical issue may be voided at bitpkr's discretion if the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bitpkr Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

bitpkr enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is conducted at registration and again prior to the first withdrawal. All content on the bitpkr Platform — including but not limited to the bitpkr name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and trade marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of bitpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitpkr's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bitpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bitpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bitpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, delays in processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failures.
bitpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, bonus conditions, payment terms, or eligibility criteria — bitpkr will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent in-platform notification.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or changes required by regulatory obligation) may take effect immediately without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bitpkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bitpkr support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. bitpkr will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license bitpkr operates. Details of the regulatory authority are available by contacting our support team.
